This was a hard holiday to take as I had promised my dad we would go, he was poorly in hospital and unfortunately he passed away 6 days before this cruise.

We had got an upgrade from Princess to a mini suite which was our first upgrade ever!!

If your not familiar with the Pacific she is the smallest ship of the fleet of 600 passengers- we loved it! The mini suite room was smaller than a standard balcony on a larger ship but that’s to be expected but the room was still very comfortable and managed to move around ok.

We went from Dover on this which we loved again as we live not far from there and did 8 nights around the British isles and did the Edinburgh Tattoo.
